OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy describes how Fino Scrubs ships and delivers orders placed through finoscrubs.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on orders of 2 or more items. A flat shipping fee applies to single-item orders:
- United Kingdom: £8 GBP
- United States: $10 USD
- Canada: $14 CAD
- Australia & New Zealand: $15 AUD / NZD
- Europe: €10 EUR
- Rest of World: £8 GBP equivalent

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or events outside our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are unable to refund lost or stolen packages but will assist with carrier claims where possible.
