Fit Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every Fino product. If the fit isn't right, you have 30 days to return your order for a full refund.

How it works

If you've ordered multiple items, only open and try on one.

Example: If you order 2 sets, open and try on one set. If the fit isn't right, send both back for a refund. The tried-on set must be clearly identifiable as the opened one.


Important

  • We do not refund single-item or single-set orders that have been worn during a shift, washed, or laundered in any way. Try-on at home only.
  • Returns must be in original condition with no signs of wear, deodorant marks, hair, fragrance, or laundering.
  • We may refuse refunds for items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of use beyond home try-on.
  • You must include the original packaging and tags. Returns without original packaging will be refused.
  • For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:
    • Scrub caps
    • Socks
    • Underscrubs / base layers
    • Any item where the hygiene seal has been broken

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are free — swap size or colour at no extra cost.

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@finoscrubs.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like to return or exchange for a specific size or colour. We will generate a return label for you.


Return Handling Fee

A return handling fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • United Kingdom: £10.00
  • United States: $10.00 USD
  • Canada: $15.00 CAD
  • Australia & Rest of World: $20.00 AUD / NZD

This fee covers return label, handling, and processing costs. Exchanges are free.


Reimbursement

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should appear on your original method of payment within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Care & Wash Instructions

To preserve the natural performance of merino wool and protect your investment, please follow these care instructions carefully. Damage caused by improper washing is not covered by our returns policy.

  • Wash cold or warm — maximum 40°C / 104°F
  • Use a mild, wool-friendly detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not industrial-launder or wash above 40°C — this will shrink and damage the fibre
  • Tumble dry on low, or lay flat to dry
  • Do not iron directly on the fabric
  • Wash with similar colours

Fino Scrubs are designed for personal home laundering. They are not suitable for hospital industrial laundry systems or wash temperatures above 40°C.


Important Product Notice

Fino Scrubs are professional apparel for healthcare environments. They are not personal protective equipment (PPE).

Where blood, fluid, or pathogen exposure is reasonably anticipated, appropriate PPE (gowns, aprons, surgical garments) must be worn over scrubs in accordance with workplace safety standards (including OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 in the US). Fino Scrubs do not replace any required PPE.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@finoscrubs.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage or defect
  3. Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Defective items do not incur a return handling fee.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure. We are unable to refund lost or stolen packages but will assist with carrier claims where possible.
